Matt and Brandon did a great job, thank you for the help this was 3 time I used them, very professional provide great information, my house fells a lot better and the heater is working great. Would recommend them to any one!!!!

wow. great customer service. i called them after seeing the truck in Enumclaw. was a little hesitant to call, thinking there a corporate Seattle business. I call anyways Brandon was very personable and flexible. was upfront on pricing and availability. asked about my symptoms of dryer furnace. And after listening to my concerns assured me he would have no problem cleaning out my dryer vent. man Brandon thank you for your communication, fast prompt service. and showing me what your service can actually benefit me. "educate me" then after service was done i learned 1 of the techs lives right here in Enumclaw.

Wow. That’s all I have to say. These guys really went the extra mile. They communicated great, they were on time, and very conscious of making everything convenient. They even worked around a sleeping baby 🙏 They were friendly and helped me understand how everything in my HVAC system worked. They answered all my questions and now I feel like I can really BREATHE in my new house. Definitely hire these guys! You’ll be so happy you did.

Hey I wanted to thank Matt and Brandon for the great job they did cleaning our house duct work. They were quick, efficient, and easy to work with. They gave us the facts but didn't try to do any upselling. It was really refreshing to work with an honest crew as other bids we got were not as cost effective and way more high pressure.

On time and fair price. No pressure to upgrade services. Took care of a couple of non related problems I had in the attic for no charge. Suggested a few ways to help with an animal that had an allergy problem. knowledgeable and professional. Would highly recommend them.

 They arrived on time and after the walk through got to work immediately. Their good work ethics and thorough performance left us feeling confident that our money was well spent.

Had all our vents, intakes and furnace cleaned by the guys at West Coast Power Vac. Very happy with their service and pricing. 

I got a reminder call from them the day before the appointment, they asked if I would be available if the job before ours ended early, I said yes. They did finish the job early and called to make sure I was still ok with them coming early. It was.

They arrived, clearly explained what they would do and the total price. They went right to work, were quick, friendly and cleaned up after they finished. The final price was exactly what they said it would be.

Been looking for a company to clean my vents but indecisive because of scams I hear about. Ran into Matt at the Seattle Home Show, felt he was professional and trustworthy so gave them a shot. They called to verify appointment a day a head and came a little earlier than the appointed time. I originally hired them to do a $149 special but after they found and showed me some neglected items and discussing options, went with additional services. No hard sell, just explaining what they found, and how their services could help, then left it up to me. The stuff they showed me that came out of the ducts, vents, and between the joist alleviated any issue I had about if the upgrades were worth it. Matt and Brandon spent time explaining the procedure, benefits and answered all the questions I had. They are courteous, professional and did a great job. Have no issue recommending them and plan to have them do any maintenance going forward.

I had an incident with my dryer. I had to call a repair man. In the end he told me I needed my dryer vent cleaned immediately. He gave me some pointers on what I should look for in a company to get my vents cleaned.
